About this course

Every course up to this point teaches you to build a great agent. This one teaches you to be the person an organization trusts to decide how *every team's* agents get built, secured, purchased, and paid for. That is a different job. It requires an internal-platform architecture (shared tool registries, guardrail infrastructure, and evaluation systems that dozens of teams can build on without a bottleneck), a defensible build-vs-buy-vs-vendor process you can run under real time pressure with incomplete information, working fluency in the procurement, legal, and compliance mechanics of bringing agent tooling into a real organization as the buyer (not the vendor), the organizational design and hiring judgment to staff a platform team that doesn't become a cost-center casualty in the next budget cycle, governance systems that enforce guardrails across teams you don't directly manage, and — the skill that actually determines whether any of this survives contact with a budget committee — the ability to explain technical tradeoffs and defend ROI to executives who do not care about your architecture diagrams. This course assumes you can already build production agents; it is entirely about the layer above that: platform thinking, organizational judgment, and leadership.
