Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Academy (the "Service"), including our courses and monthly membership. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Courses

Course purchases are a one-time payment that grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that course's content for as long as AI Academy operates. Course content is for your individual use only — you may not share your account, redistribute, resell, or publicly republish course materials.

4. Membership

The AI Academy Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Course purchases are final sale — because you receive immediate full access to digital course content, we do not offer refunds once a course is purchased. Membership subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing, but we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, scrape or systematically copy course content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, and materials are owned by AI Academy and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a license to use the content — it does not transfer ownership.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or employment results from completing any course. Educational content is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
