Refund Policy

Courses

All AI Academy courses — Intro to AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems & Orchestration, Building Production AI Agents, Agent Evaluation, Red-Teaming & Reliability Engineering, and AI Agent Platform Architecture & Leadership — are one-time purchases. Because purchasing a course grants you immediate, full access to all lessons and quizzes, all course sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of price. Please review the curriculum, prerequisites, and course description carefully before purchasing.

Membership

The AI Academy Membership is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal — cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for any unused portion of a billing period.

Billing errors

The only exception to the no-refund policy above is a genuine billing error on our side — for example, a duplicate charge from a processing glitch, or a charge that went through after you had already successfully cancelled. That is not a refund of a course or membership you used; it is correcting a charge that should never have happened. Contact us and we'll fix it. Outside of that narrow case, all course and membership charges are final.
